Just fixed safe area on example viewcontroller

Using node-ts and nodemon makes development easier. Just run `npm dev:watch` and server will restart when source code changes are detected

If someone is experiencing discovery issues, now you can use an IP Address in config and skip mdns discovery in soundtouch-nodejs package.
