Its a display only bug. There aren't any gameplay issues that I'm aware of.

@physic, what's the expected behavior if two other players, neither the acting player, have the same number of shares? Like it is now?

Okay, will remove reservations. @scottredracecar thanks for the tip on what game I can mimic.

Found out that the `blocks_hexes` ability (for all games) doesn't remove the block from the hex during its teardown. I fixed the core code.
