`AccoutClient.create_account` has been deprecated and will be removed in next version.

Add support for custom chain id

This might be an easy change, since we're deprecating the chain from Clients anyway (it will only be a part of the signer).

Add `Setup` section to documentation

Good call: I'd go a step further and remove all usages of `AccountClient.create_account` from the docs (while adding `Setup` section) due to its pending deprecation

Generated package-level javadoc truncates all documentation after the first sentence.

Any updates on this? Seems like this issue is still present as of Dokka 1.7.10, and the only solution seems to be not to use full stops at all in...
