I think that's it. I had created `~/dotnet` at one point while fiddling around, but I didn't reference it in the task.json at all so I assumed it was irrelevant...

I think representing it as a Loadable makes the most sense in that context 👍

Something else we just hit in the hex editor: very large scroll regions will reach the maximum scroll height defined in browsers, and therefore we [had to implement](https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-hexeditor/commit/709996ff48e79681456bbacd3259ca93125b2c5b) non-native scrolling....

Looks great! I would still prefer something else for the "ignored" folder though, reading it is painful. Maybe the same or a slightly darker grey than the activity bar icons?
