Can someone give me a dora of this format that is confirmed working with an example image?

If you have ROCm installed uninstall it completely, it might be conflicting with the ROCm that comes bundled with the pytorch package.
That error means you installed the wrong pytorch, what's your python version?
The flux controlnet OOM should be fixed for most people now.
Does this actually work and would it be better to use nearest instead of bicubic?
This model is under a non commercial license so unless it's very good probably not.
