Build Error: stdlib.h: no such file or directory

The source file for `tesseract_rosutils` is located in `~/projects/wkspc/src/tesseract_deps/tesseract_ros/tesseract_rosutils/CMakeLists.tx`. Same problem occurs with `tesseract_monitoring`. We're using `v0.5.1` of `tesseract_ros`
