It looks like calls to an external grader service are invoked by the student on code/answer submission inside the EdX platform so they would need an EdX account to do...
Partners should not be able to remove someone unless they consent or get approval from an instructor
Perhaps this can be a per course setting (e.g. allow students to remove group members)

We are planning on open sourcing it, but for now you are right we should add a note that the autograder repo is private. Should you want access to it...

IIRC, the email prompt will auto select the `Google` account to use if they have multiple. It skips the `Account Chooser` OAuth page.
