I am not a PAM expert by any means, but it doesn't seem this is totally unexpected, given that the Gentoo PAM article implies that adding the `auth ... pam_u2f.so`...

Additionally, if you use the right headers (E-Tag, I think), you can poll GitHub somewhat rapidly, without exhausting quota. It's a nice option for those who might not have permissions...

@lucperkins for context, this is for testing with DeterminateSystems/ci. Not having this would imply needing another option for `ci` to teach it about what branches to check. I'd be curious...

For now, I can probably set `NIX_FLAKE_CHECKER_NIXPKGS_KEYS` for my parent workflow...

Note this has a weird filter hack to make sure that we only advertise/lookup nightly build info for aarch64-linux. Mozilla doesn't seem to publish beta/stable/esr builds for aarch64-linux yet.
