During https://github.com/cncf/mentoring/pull/1024, a "Success stories" section was added as a draft. We need to fill that content. This will help with growing the mentorship programs by attracting more mentors.

We receive lots of questions as Github issues about how to get started with open source. We should create an issue template that mentions the article, https://contribute.cncf.io/contributors/getting-started/
Update is needed on the [list of FAQ](https://github.com/cncf/mentoring/tree/main/mentees#full-list-faqs-final-tbc).
We have Flux and WasmEdge participating in 2023, we should update our program page to reflect this.

Suggestion: under the `mentoring-wg/` folder, create a templates folder, put common templates there and create project specific folders for specific templates.
