furniture-unity folder is missing

furniture-unity folder with the unity app project seems to be missing, is it possible to include it?

I also have a question about the unity app -- is it possible to change unity window size from config options? Or need to rebuild unity project for this?

The unity window size can be configured by setting --screen_width and --screen_height.

Due to the large file size, we temporarily removed it from this repo. We will soon update the unity code in the new repo with the support for MuJoco 2 on Mac.
