Hi @c4milo -- where you encountering problems with the existing code? Perhaps you could open a pull request of license files that _weren't detected_ in perhaps `fixtures/variants` thanks all!

Yeah its definitely the way to go. Adding ASN to every entry will make it a lot easier to capture all the other IP blocks. I'll take a look...
