Make more params in `task()` optional?

Any plans to upgrade to SQLAlchemy 1.4+

Hey, was just wondering if there are any plans to upgrade the SQLAlchemy dep? I understand it's a large upgrade that changes several conventions but sets up for SQLAlchemy 2+.

Thoughts on archiving this repo now that it's not being actively maintained?

Is there protection against brute force attacks?

For example, a potential attacker could potentially keep on guessing a password many times via brute-force until the link unlocks.

It will be almost twice as fast, using half as much space, if you only sieve over odd numbers.

Add a contributing guide for new contributors.

Replace `request` lib?

Request is really bloated, and since it seems to only be used here to make a simple POST request, we can easily replace it with something lighter like got or...

How is this different than just using the native "--watch" flag, as in the docs? https://deno.land/manual/getting_started/command_line_interface#watch-mode
