Same here. If we would like this feautes there are better and way cheaper ways to implement it. Putting it on the roadmap.

Nice finding. Wonder why those assets are not in the theme. Probably because they are shared by all brands. It would be interesting to check if brandings assets override this...

MSI packages are important for automated installtions like enterprise deployment. Let's come back to this topic after first public release.
