bibdocfile : function extract_text not defined referenced in get_text

Bibindex: new record fulltext Index is working only after bibdocfile --textify --recid

@kaplun @tiborsimko by adding self.extract_text() to get_text() function it resolve the problem but I'm not sure this is the optimal solution https://github.com/inveniosoftware/invenio/blob/maint-1.2/modules/bibdocfile/lib/bom_textdoc.py#L33
