iOS crash when starting to drag

same issue in expo also. I realized this bug was related to updating panOffset value in onGestureStart function which is implemented in ScrollViewGesture.tsx. "react-native-reanimated": "~3.16.1" "react-native-reanimated-carousel": "4.0.0-canary.19"
