Tested on Firefox Mac 143.0.1. Unable to reproduce on my side. I've also checked [your instance](https://social.wake.st/api/v2/instance)'s `configuration.media_attachments.supported_mime_types`, confirmed that `audio/mp3` and `audio/ogg` are included, so it *should* work… 🤔

This is also one of the weird things I've seen when implementing push notifications. This shows up when backend's push notification server endpoint changes, which I don't understand why… 😅....
