Some boost packages are not header only. Maybe adding just https://www.nuget.org/packages/boost_program_options-vc142/ directly enables the finding of the lib for linking.

@mpcabd https://github.com/mpcabd/PyNPP/releases/tag/v1.2.1-1 is needed as zip package to be used by N++ pluginAdmin system. The latest available version is just https://github.com/mpcabd/PyNPP/releases/download/v1.2/PyNPP.dll.zip for x86 32bit.

From a first test with test.rebex.net (https://test.rebex.net/) and source code inspection it seems different ports should work. For rebex just with port 22 the connection is possible. With 40022 not...

@sc1478 could you please add the debug info of n++ and the NppFTP version you are using. And maybe the monitor resolutions.
