[GWTP 1.5] ParameterTokenFormatter#customEscape with null value leads to NullPointerException

Using the `ParameterTokenFormatter#customEscape` method with `null` value leads to a `NullPointerException` (e. g. using the default value given to the `PlaceRequest#getParameter` (see line 244).
