[GWTP 1.5] ParameterTokenFormatter#customEscape with null value leads to NullPointerException

Using the ParameterTokenFormatter#customEscape method with null value leads to a NullPointerException (e. g. using the default value given to the PlaceRequest#getParameter (see line 244).
