建议保留 Bing 的参考文献列表

目前正文里的参考链接是保留的，但是Bing给的参考文献（了解详细信息）有时候会比正文引用的多，是有必要保留的。比如图中，正文引用了3个链接，但是其实最终提供了4个链接。 ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/8266771/229348793-eacf922d-05ea-41b1-b630-104f4139cd37.png) 另外，我也支持保留Bing的计数器，如#198 所说。再次感谢作者，支持作者挂出咖啡二维码。
