Redirecting to homepage on login

I was on module's page. I tried adding it to favourite, it said I'm not logged in, I logged in through Facebook, it redirected me to homepage of metacpan.

Where is semicolon separated bikes.csv file?

In Chapter 1 the bikes.csv file is used. I went to the link http://donnees.ville.montreal.qc.ca/dataset/velos-comptage/resource/d54cec49-349e-47af-b152-7740056d7311 but I did not find any semicolon separated file (which the chapter talks about)
