I've reproduced this error via LDC 1.28.0 based on DMD v2.098.0 and LLVM 12.0.1 However, it seems this issue is resolved on the `master` branch.

`enforceEx` has been removed from the standard library: https://dlang.org/changelog/2.097.0.html#std-exception

Just found the [IntelliJ Rust](https://intellij-rust.github.io/) site. Seems like a good reference point.

Isn't it spelled "vehicle" or is there a different regional spelling in Australia?

@octref Is there a WIP branch to handle `autoClosingTags` or can one of us go ahead and contribute a PR?
