The kafka config is no longer required in datahub-frontend after [this](https://github.com/datahub-project/datahub/pull/13795) PR -- already merged. If that meets your need, this PR is no longer required.

This needs fixing on ubuntu 22.04 runners also - we are encountering this intermittently in our CI runs. I also submitted a PR #12237 to address this.

Hi, Can you double check the version? I checked 1.3.0 as well as the published actions image, and don't see the code matching the line numbers per your stack trace....
