The system in question is ancient. [ntoskrnl.exe.ZIP.txt](https://github.com/matt-wu/Ext3Fsd/files/366474/ntoskrnl.exe.ZIP.txt) [si.NFO.ZIP.txt](https://github.com/matt-wu/Ext3Fsd/files/366482/si.NFO.ZIP.txt) [si.txt](https://github.com/matt-wu/Ext3Fsd/files/366483/si.txt) note: github wouldn't accept my ZIPs so rename/remove the .txt extensions to unzip them.

With Ext2Fsd-0.69.1034-08.14.exe I don't experience the problems. But in order to shut Windows down properly -- safely remove hardware -- remove dead drive letters, then shutdown happens properly.
