Update some outdated images

Some images are a bit outdated.

Provide the updated set of descriptors. Using minikube would be a great first step.

The chapter has been removed for the time being. The switch to Micrometer instead of MP Metrics needs to be analyzed.

The native tests do not use dev services (at the moment). For the time being, I've dropped the section.
