Add introduction demos

The workshop should start with an introduction about Quarkus and a few demos.

This task is about adding the demos to the repository. The demo could reuse the "hero" microservice.

The demos should cover:

• project creation
• live reload
• REST
• optionally Panache
• Native compilation
