If this gets added in to Sponsorblock then it shouldn't be enabled by default

In this case I think the user should receive feedback that they are being blacklisted

I think a good solution would be to have many servers in different locations and have the extension query the nearest API server

Apparently there was an attempted fix in [1.9.0](https://github.com/ClearURLs/Addon/blob/14a0832973e137f0cbbbb1e9110c1286bc88e319/CHANGELOG.md?plain=1#L426) but it unfortunately doesn't seem to work at all or not properly
