I faced the same problem today. It's because of the bcrypt gem dependency version. You can update it.

[Docling](https://ds4sd.github.io/docling/v2/#cli) seems to be a better option

I started a documentation with Docling Serve: https://github.com/dilolabs/nosia?tab=readme-ov-file#with-docling-serve Need to update the Docling Serve Docker Compose file to adapt it to different GPUs: https://github.com/dilolabs/nosia/blob/main/docker-compose-docling.yml

We need to update the `parse` method: https://github.com/nosia-ai/nosia/blob/7a643e7f7348c8100ba06ba0739df5070143dc78/app/models/document/parsable.rb#L4 And the accepted files: https://github.com/nosia-ai/nosia/blob/7a643e7f7348c8100ba06ba0739df5070143dc78/app/javascript/controllers/dropzone_controller.js#L16
