Postgres 17 support

Yes, that would be very good. postgres-backup-s3 is a overall very good low dependency FOSS solution, but without support for Postgres 17 its not really usable for new projects.

Works great, I use image: siemens/postgres-backup-s3:17 in my dockerfile
