Likely due to deprecation warnings. Reported on #158 and #143

This is due to an inconsistent representation of activities in different transformers. Thanks to Erik Mallory for catching this! This still needs to be tested thoroughly.

This will keep minor deprecation notices from breaking the server when debugging. We'll still need to address them eventually.

Thanks for maintaining this package. Any chance you could update the PyPI package to include the latest commits?
