Remove sufia version tags from the repo

Rationale

Sufia and Hyrax version numbers are colliding (e.g. v3.4.0rc3 from Oct 2013 and v3.4.0 from March 2022). It's very confusing when trying to browse code history to identify changes. It's highly unlikely that the Sufia version numbers are still useful, but if they are, perhaps an archival repository can be created or the tags could be renamed (e.g. sufia-v3.4.0rc3).

Expected behavior

The list of version tags only includes Hyrax versions.

Actual behavior

The list of version tags includes Hyrax and Sufia versions, which overlap.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. List tags in git or GitHub.
