Issue should be reported and resolved upstream. Looks to have been caused by the code as part of https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/pull/14883.
Upstream has been merged with this repo now, so this should be fixed, closing. Feel free to re-open if it still occurs.
Repurposing this issue for only the Textual Inversion piece since they should be handled as separate issues. LoRA infotext is being tracked in https://github.com/lllyasviel/stable-diffusion-webui-forge/issues/372.

LoRA loading was re-worked and tiling is now implemented as of the latest commit. Please open a new issue if either persist still.
