If someone runs a `git bisect` w/o any extensions using a known good commit, that will actually lead to a proper solution and not some code patching guess work.

[Latest Pillow release (11.2.1)](https://github.com/python-pillow/Pillow/releases/tag/11.2.1) now supports the cICP chunk, so I've removed the implementation hacks related to it.
