This goes along with https://github.com/fnproject/docs/pull/58 I think we are moving to tutorials and away from the fdk docs inside docs repo. That'll eliminate a lot of duplication.

Timed out functions turn red, but no indication in graph below of a timeout

Creating this PR because I wanted to point to Amber's wiki but realized it didn't point back to all the aggregated Amber content on Inside.java. I included Dev.java as well...
