The only easy way I can see is to refresh the page automatically. The jstree has also been changed a lot in restructure core so I don't think it's worth...

We have updated the tree in fork 6, need to verify if this is still an issue

I like the idea, I'll have a look at the code later. It does contain a breaking change so it will be for the next major release

Only in Fork 6, because of a BC break, but there is a major refactoring so the code will probably need some refactoring, but I'll probably make an alpha first...
