This feature definitely requires a hardfork because the MIT transaction rules only allow MIT outputs if there is no other output other than ETP or messages

There seems to be some issues connecting to the p2p network using other bitcoin p2p libraries. Tested the connection 2 days ago with chenhao and we were able to connect....
I think we should make the avatar names case insensitive for future avatars to avoid confusion
