I don't think there is any reason to delay conformance tests while waiting for implementations. The feature implementations and feature conformance testing can be done in parallel.
@arnaud-tincelin thank you for your contribution, and for volunteering for a good-first-issue. I guess going forward it would be best to choose an issue that is for supporting a feature...

@kannon92 I investigated the logs here and I don't see any issues for cluster-ingress. Do you?
@kannon92 let me know if there's anything else I can do. It's not clear to me how to find issues in the payload tests you ran.
