Hi @anish-kunduru - Do you mind opening a PR of your WIP branch and we can discuss what's required to finish it/get it merged?

The short-term plan is to bundle v2 aws-sdk into the lambda zips, upgrade to node18 (since the EOL is sooner), then migrate to v3.
