This is for #563. Use the bitnamilegacy image repository in the mysql and rabbitmq chart configurations as used images aren't available anymore in the bitnami repository.
Follow-up of #563: As the currently used Bitnami RabbitMQ/MySQL images are not getting updated anymore, the use of the Bitnami helm charts shall be replaced by corresponding alternatives.

The logic in the Jenkinsfile of building the Helm charts and the website should be migrated to GitHub Actions so that the Eclipse Jenkins instance isn't needed anymore.
