Load via PINF JS Loader & minor changes

I ported the harviewer to run on my [JS loader](https://github.com/pinf/pinf-loader-js) and only needed to make a few minor changes to get things working. Everything should still work as before using...

Update ACE editor dependency to http://github.com/ajaxorg/ace/tree/v0.2.0/

`sign` fails with 404 after deleting and re-signing with the same extension ID

### Is this a feature request or a bug? When using `sign` the package is built and uploaded, passes validation but when downloading again from AMO it gets a 404....
