Have a look at notifications, maybe you're suspended, because that was what I can see after being suspended.

Almost one week after suspension I can't read notifications any more. Does anyone know if the reactivate an account after suspending it for spamming?

Have a look at notifications if there's a message if you're suspended. Otherwise reload or log out and log in again.

Not neccssarily. I signed up with android now I'm using the app for 3 weeks.

Search for "receive sms online" and try getting in with a trash sms number.

Clubhouse doesn't offer signing up via phone calls as far as I know.
