when I try to enter a room it says "Error loading data" What should I do ?

Have a look at notifications if there's a message if you're suspended. Otherwise reload or log out and log in again.

I checked the level of notifications there is nothing I uninstalled and reinstalled but it always puts the same thing, impossible to enter a room
