Minor updates to transaction preview to make it more readable in extension - split content into sections: to/from, amounts, hash - modal title takes responsibility of "type row" - hash...
Don't have clear steps to repro yet, but sometimes when I open / close popup: - account details are loading - for a second I can see weird state of...
 - in mobile/extension the app state is not clear after clicking "continue without a profile" button - old extension users are not familiar with such flow...

Closes #1868 We cannot call `stripHexPrefix` in a one place while saving a form step, because we need to support form forward/backward functionality.
When required form inputs are empty we should show some feedback when user clicks submit button. Currently, nothing happens.
