I think we need to request the [ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION](https://developer.android.com/reference/android/Manifest.permission#ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION) permission. We declare it in the manifest but don't request it in the startup wizard. https://developer.android.com/training/location/permissions#request-background-location

F-Droid updates tend to be a bit slow. However, I'll investigate if there's a problem with the build.
