I'm not 100% sure, but Applewin 2x doesn't help with fullscreen. I have used it in Windowed mode however.

I know that, you had mentioned 2x scale in my question about a fullscreen command line arg.

I'm running AppleWin on a GpdWin handheld (Windows 10 based) and the image is quite small on the 1280*720 resolution screen. Would be great to be able to stretch it...
