Improvements for use on handheld computer

This is a wonderful emulator, thank you! I'm using aipc now instead of AppleWin mostly due to the ability to scale the the video and look good at the same time. I'm using running aipc on a Gpd Win gaming handheld which runs Windows 10.

Is it possible to add a command line flag to start fullscreen? Also, is there a way to quit the emulator with a keyboard sequence? The usual ones do not work it seems, Alt-F4, etc.

Also, if there's any chance you could make the keyboard for joystick use the cursor keys and ctrl, alt etc that would be helpful since my handheld does not have a numpad.

Just to mention that AppleWin also has 2x scale for some years. I requested this feature, it was already in an unofficial port, now it is official. However, command line option to start with more RAM (as AppleWin) could be very useful for many users.

I'm not 100% sure, but Applewin 2x doesn't help with fullscreen. I have used it in Windowed mode however.

Full screen is full screen. 2x is just twice bigger windowed mode. You cannot have twice bigger full screen :) Unless you buy bigger display!
