Thanks all for the input here. It looks like this issue has been fixed by https://github.com/mdn/webaudio-examples/pull/32 which uses `.mp3` instead of `.ogg` so I am going to close this one...

@NiedziolkaMichal I think what Will was suggesting is something like this:  Maybe we can use this instead?

This could live in `CONTRIBUTING.md` in data repo
