I also had to adjust the Spacewar game the one your actually using to remote play with to enable Steam Input for the controllers on that game. Then it seemed...
To fix my input issues I had to right click on spacewars that was running and adjust it to use Steam Input it was not which seemed like what solved...
I just started using this and spent a long time trying to get it to work. I finally did.. I found that I had to go into the Spacewar game...
Invites are working on latest just used it yesterday
