Controller Doesnt work

I used a ps3 controller with xbox input and it doesnt works at all

Go to the Controller option on steam settings, and set both Xbox and Playstation Controller Input to Enabled. Then go to the specific game's properties and under the Controller settings, set it to Enable Steam Input.

I also had to adjust the Spacewar game the one your actually using to remote play with to enable Steam Input for the controllers on that game. Then it seemed to let me pass the controller settings to the other game.
