Same issue happening on our end, exact same error using latest build.

You have to change the paperweight configuration to 1.19.2 instead and make sure you use the remapped jar. (PacketHelp-unspecified.jar)

Any chance this can get merged at some point? Adding an overflow consumer seems like the best option imo.

This should solve this bungee & spigot-side as well (bungee doesn't need modifying as it doesn't have modern forwarding like velocity, fixing spigot also fixes bungee)
